Please note that 3rd party requirements may extend the wait time by up to 12 months to authorize services. The delivery of the first authorization of services may vary depending on your state, location, experience, time availability, and Optonome processing time. Cancellation Policy – We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your licensing subscription with Optonome. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team.
Please note that if you have been invoiced for services, you are required to fulfill any outstanding payments before your subscription can be canceled. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for any unpaid invoices.
Upon cancellation, you are required to destroy all materials obtained from Optonome’s websites and related documentation, including any copies or installations. Optonome will archive your data for up to 10 years in case of any investigations.
